2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the Website. The use of certain services offered on the Website shall also be governed by the specific terms and conditions set out in each case, which shall be deemed to have been accepted by the mere use of such services. The provision of the Website service is limited to the time during which the user is connected to the Website or to any of the services provided through it.

THE RESIDENTIAL CLUB reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, any changes or updates to the content, this Legal Notice and, in general, to any elements forming part of the design and configuration of its Website.

Furthermore, the Website includes a section exclusively for members of THE RESIDENTIAL CLUB, which members can access using their membership number and password.

THE RESIDENTIAL CLUB does not authorise the creation of a link to this Website from other websites containing material, information or content that is unlawful, illegal, degrading, obscene or, in general, contravenes the law, public morality or public order, or generally accepted social norms. THE RESIDENTIAL CLUB does not have the authority or the human and technical resources to ascertain, control or approve all the information, content, products or services provided by other websites that have established links to this Website.

THE RESIDENTIAL CLUB accepts no liability whatsoever for any aspect relating to the websites that establish such links to this Website; specifically, by way of example and without limitation, regarding their operation, access, data, information, files, the quality and reliability of their products and services, their own links and/or any of their content in general.

In any event, THE RESIDENTIAL CLUB reserves the right to prohibit links to the Website and to demand their removal where they do not comply with the conditions set out in this section.

6. That include advertising or commercial communications, for the purpose of sending messages for advertising purposes or for collecting data for the same purpose, and in particular any type of information, element or content that constitutes unlawful or unfair advertising.

Any breach by the user of any of these terms of use may result in THE RESIDENTIAL CLUB taking the appropriate measures permitted by law and in the exercise of its rights or obligations.
THE RESIDENTIAL CLUB may prevent users or members who breach these terms and conditions from accessing the Website or participating in the sections provided on it, without any entitlement to compensation for any loss or damage caused.

7. LIABILITIES AND WARRANTIES

THE RESIDENTIAL CLUB cannot guarantee the reliability, usefulness, timeliness or accuracy of all information and/or services on the Website.
